Social Media Graphics That Stay On-Brand at Scale

Branded campaign assets and editable templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube. Designed so your team can post weekly without each post drifting further from your brand.

Overview

Most B2B social media graphic problems come from one place: the team posting every day is not the team that owns the brand. Marketing builds polished campaign assets; the social-savvy intern fills the rest of the calendar with whatever they can ship by Friday. After six months the feed is a Frankenstein of polished and improvised, and nobody is sure what the brand actually looks like in motion.

We solve that with templates plus campaign assets. Templates handle the high-frequency, lower-stakes posts; campaign assets handle the launches and big moments. Both use the same brand system, so the feed reads as one company even when half the posts came from a template.

Most engagements either deliver a fresh template kit (covering the post types you actually use) or produce a multi-platform campaign asset set timed against a launch.

Templates vs. campaign assets

Templates are reusable post structures with locked styling. Your fonts, colors, grid, logo placement. That editors fill in week after week. They are how you keep a 4-post-per-week cadence on-brand without designer involvement on every post.

Campaign assets are bespoke graphics produced for a specific moment: a product launch, a major event, an announcement, a high-impact ad. They break the template pattern intentionally and are designed to stand out in feed.

How we work

  1. Audit your last 60 daysWhat you actually post, on which platforms, in what format. Patterns emerge. Most teams use 4 to 6 distinct post structures most of the time.
  2. Template kit designFive to eight templates covering your common post types. Announcement, quote, stat, milestone, blog promo, event, founder note. Built per platform with locked styles in Canva or Figma.
  3. Campaign assets when neededFor launches and big moments, custom graphics that break the template pattern intentionally. Multi-platform export set delivered as a single package.
  4. Hand-off and training30-minute walk-through with your social team on how to use the templates without breaking them, plus a one-page quick-reference. Templates are ready to use the same day.
  5. Quarterly refreshOptional: every quarter we add 2–3 new template variants so the feed doesn't get visually stale, and retire any that are not getting used.

Engagement example

A B2B fintech was posting 5–6 times per week across LinkedIn and X with three different "looks" depending on which person made the post that day. We built a 7-template kit in Canva with locked brand styles plus a campaign asset set for their next product launch. Their social team continued posting at the same cadence, but the feed started reading as one company.

Frequently asked questions

Both, in different proportions. Templates handle the 80% of weekly posts that follow predictable patterns (announcement, quote, stat, milestone, blog promo). Custom graphics handle the 20% that matter. Campaign launches, big news, conference moments. Where the post needs to stand out.

Whatever you actually use. We default to LinkedIn (single image and carousel), Instagram (feed, reel cover, story), X/Twitter (single image and quote-card), Facebook (feed and event), and YouTube thumbnails. Each platform has its own quirks. Text-safe areas, aspect ratios, font-size minimums. And we hand off platform-specific export sets.

Design is the default scope. Copy comes from your social or marketing team. We can extend into copywriting or posting cadence as a retainer for clients who want a single point of accountability, but the core service here is design and templates.

We deliver templates in Canva (most accessible for non-design teams) or Figma with locked styles, fixed type sizes, and reserved logo areas. Editors swap copy and imagery; they cannot accidentally change the type scale or break the grid.

For a launch with 5 to 10 platform-specific assets, two weeks is comfortable. Tighter turns are possible for campaigns with set creative direction; we tell you up front whether the timeline is realistic.
