- If it sounds like a fit, a 30-minute callNo pre-call qualification form. We use the call to understand your situation, ask the questions the form could not, and decide together whether to move to a proposal.
- Written proposal within a weekScope, deliverables, timeline, price, and assumptions. Short enough to read. Specific enough to act on. We do not push for a signature on the scoping call.
- Honest "no" if we are not the fitIf your project is wrong for us, whether it is too small, the wrong domain, or a mismatched timeline, we say so up front. Where we can, we point you at someone we think is better suited.

Most of our work is U.S.-based, but we have taken on Canadian, U.K., and Australian clients on a project basis. We do not currently take clients more than 6 hours off U.S. Eastern.
