Privacy Policy
Plain language, because that is the whole point. This covers what happens to the information you send us through this website.

Who this covers
This policy is for navotech.com, operated by NavoTech Digital Solutions (Orlando, Florida). It describes the information this website collects and the third parties involved in serving it. It does not cover work we do inside a client’s own systems under a separate agreement.
What we collect
The only place this site asks for personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name, email address, and message
- Your phone number and company, if you choose to add them
- The service you selected
- Your IP address, recorded with the message and used to rate-limit spam
We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send only to read your inquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a contact-form submission.
Third-party services in the request path
Loading and running this site involves a few outside services. Each one necessarily receives your IP address and basic browser information when your browser connects to it:
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from bots. Your use of it is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site is set in.
- jsDelivr serves the Bootstrap stylesheet and script.
- Cloudflare provides our DNS, content delivery, and security layer, and may collect network-error telemetry.
- Google Workspace delivers the email your contact-form submission generates to our inbox.
Cookies
This site sets a single first-party session cookie (PHPSESSID), and only on the contact page, to protect the form against cross-site request forgery. It is not used for tracking, expires with your session, and is not shared. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to correspond with you and for our own records. The spam rate-limit stores only a hashed, short-lived record of recent submission times per IP, which ages out automatically.
Your choices
Email [email protected] at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will do our best to respond within a few business days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles your information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top.
