Situation
The firm had a 38-page WordPress site built across three previous redesigns. Pages overlapped. Duplicate copy drifted between sections. Prospects told the firm they could not tell from the site what the firm actually specialized in. Lead volume had been flat for three quarters.
Approach
We ran a content audit before any visual design. We collapsed 38 pages into 14, mapped each remaining page to a specific buyer, and rewrote the service descriptions in entity-clear language. The new build is a custom WordPress theme. No page builders. Explicit dimensions on every image. Bootstrap loaded as a single file with critical CSS inlined.
Outcome
Q1 after launch, consultation requests were 2.4x the previous quarter. Median LCP on 4G mobile dropped to 0.9 seconds. The firm reports that prospects now arrive at the scoping call with the right expectations because the site finally explains what they actually do.
